What’s it all about?

01906_stabilis_1920x12002I recently saw a sign in the window of a shop (I wish I’d have taken a photo of it – I always forget that my iPhone has a built in camera!) that stated, simply: “What if the Hokey Pokey really IS what it’s all about?”

I had a good chuckle, but it got me to thinking – what IS it really all about? As a psychic, I’m looking all the time at people growing, changing and fighting to have more of their life set at the vibration that feels good or right to them. I see the struggles first hand, experience the tears, feel the frustration of others on their path. It’s empowering, its magical, but yes – sometimes its daunting. Sometimes it gets to me, seeing all these folks fighting so valiantly to find their truth and create the life they desire.

So this past Tuesday, during my morning meditation, I set the tone of my day at “seeing” what its really all about. This messy thing we call life on this planet. Underneath all the struggles, the fear, the pain, the loneliness that we all share.

And you know what? I saw it. All around me. It was everywhere.

I’m not going to tell you what I found. It’s too good a secret, and I’m keeping it for myself. But what I will tell you is this: if you ask the universe to show you what it really is all about, and you open your eyes and allow yourself to see it – you will. It’s all around you. And it’s beautiful.

How am I healthy?

menu_logojpgThis morning I was included in the Lifelube.org blog, which is a really cool national advertising campaign talking about how gay men are healthy. I’m really proud to be part of this unique, groundbreaking campaign.

“As a professional psychic and energy healer, I get the opportunity each day to work with and see people making significant changes in their lives and growing towards health. It’s a pretty remarkable thing to be witness to.

It reminds me that our bodies, minds, and spirits – when given the space and permission – naturally grow towards health, much like a plant will grow towards the sun. It keeps me operating in my own life from a place of neutrality (without judgment) of myself and others. It reminds me that nothing is permanent in this world, not even the most beautiful things, and certainly not even what we or other people think about ourselves; everything can and will change, adjust and grow if you allow it room to do so.

I am healthy because I allow people the space and permission to grow and change, and in return, I get to do the same.
Evolution, as a body and as a spirit, is an amazing thing.
